When looking through the online articles of Outdoor Photographer Magazine this image by Jeff Stasney caught my eye. The colors of the sun setting on the fall trees drew me into his article of how he captured this image. Upon reading the article I found it interesting that he went back to the same location three times. He did this because the first two times he was not pleased with the result he captured. He also explained how he studied the area to find out when the peak time for the fall colors to be just right. Jeff gave a lot of time an energy for this photo and in the end it was definitely worth it.
